This course is delivered in two parts:
Part 1 is 1 hour 10 minutes. It is for the dentist and practice owners only. We cover topics that apply to you as the one who will financially benefit the most.
Part 2 is for you and your entire dental team - dentist, hygienist, assistants, techs, office manager, front desk staff, and treatment coordinator.
Part 2 is split into 3 sessions of 45 minutes each. You are welcome to share with your team all at once or split the sessions over multiple days.

No. When you enroll, you will have access to the entire course from Day 1. However, the lessons should be watched in order as each one builds upon the other. Once you reach the end of a lesson, you can mark the lesson "Complete" and continue to the next lesson.
Part 1 is only for the doctors and practice owners, but we recommend you watch Part 2 with the entire team on a television screen. Most practices have a conference room or office they use for video training and you can expand the videos in each lesson to fill the whole screen.
We realize it is difficult to gather all team members at the same time. That is why our best suggestion is to block out time during the day when everyone should be there. This truly is a team effort and you will want everyone working together to complete the group exercises.
In our experience, we can teach all the advanced level tactics we know, but if the team has not embraced the fundamentals, then tactical training is a waste of time and money. We have decided that those practices not willing to invest in this training first greatly reduce their chance for future aligner success . . . and we can't risk our own reputation.
